IFU, the International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association, is hosting a morning seminar on Sustainability and Trends within the Juice Industry. The introduction of the new IFU Global Sustainability Report will be a highlight which shall not be missed, as well as information on the European Green Deal, Product Trends and examples how to be more sustainable and save costs during the juice and beverage production process. There will be enough time for questions, answers and discussions. All speakers are of course willing to elaborate each topic on a one-to-one basis for individual challenges.
